Delete correspondence held by Climb Nova
Email John@climbnovaconsultancy.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include enough information to locate your records, but do not email identity documents unless requested through a suitable secure method.
Limits
Some information may need to be retained for safeguarding, insurance, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. You will be told where a request cannot be completed in full and why, where the law permits.
