About the app
The app provides general information, self-organisation tools, encouragement, signposting and ways to contact Climb Nova Consultancy. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Not an emergency, medical or legal service
Climb Nova is not an emergency service. The app does not diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition and does not create a solicitor-client, healthcare-professional or therapeutic relationship. Call 999 where life or immediate safety is at risk. Use NHS 111 for urgent health or mental-health help in England.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not rely on it instead of qualified medical, legal, financial or safeguarding advice.
- Check important service information directly with the relevant organisation.
- Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code or another person’s confidential information without authority.
- Use the walking feature safely and remain aware of traffic, terrain, weather and your physical condition.
Private tools and devices
Private tool entries are stored on the device and browser you use. They may be lost if browser data is cleared, the device is lost or settings change. You are responsible for securing your device. Do not use these tools for the only copy of important evidence or records.
Availability and changes
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, stop or contain errors. Climb Nova will take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every external link remains current.
Intellectual property
The Climb Nova name, branding, original app content, books, photographs and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Republishing or commercial reuse requires written permission.
Contributions and events
Payments to Climb Nova Consultancy are not charitable donations unless a specific registered-charity arrangement is expressly identified. Gift Aid must not be claimed unless confirmed. Event-specific booking and refund terms may also apply.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Climb Nova is not responsible for losses caused by relying on general information, external services, inaccurate sensor estimates, device failure or use contrary to these terms.
